Locally Produced Products
We make every effort to locally produce products if technologies and production capacity exist within West Africa and local production proves to be effective and efficient. We have decades of expertise in developing local industries to evaluate whether a product, or even parts for a product, can be sourced locally. Once it’s determined that a product can be produced within the region, we find suitable production partners, train them on our quality standards, set up production areas and provide trade financing if necessary to supply producers with working capital they require to meet market demand. Strategically investing time and resources into the businesses of individual producers has resulted in a significant increase in production capacity and stakeholder commitment to the Gyapa brand.
Imported Products
Low volume pilot programs are initiated to identify potential sales partners. If the product is determined to be a viable addition to our product line, investments are sought to purchase inventory and appropriately market the product.
